Centre for Clinical Molecular Biology – Aalborg Hospital is a virtual network between the four departments providing diagnostic services including molecular biological tests at  Aalborg Hospital part of Aarhus University Hospital.

The site presents the organization, research projects, analyses, and technologies of the centre.

Each research project is linked to relevant analyses and vice versa.

About “Analyses” in the menu
With the gene as starting point  “Analyses” presents the clinical molecular biological tests. It gives you  the relations between gene, proteins and diseases.

The particular presentation  has links to PubMed, OMIM, GenCards and other relevant databases. It has also link to test info either from the site, Kompendium 2000 (in Danish only) or/and Laboratorievejledning for Nordjyllands Amts Sygehusvæsen (in Danish only).
